• Financial Data: If you purchase a premium subscription (such as Pro Weekly or Pro Monthly), your payment is processed directly through the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details. We use RevenueCat to verify your subscription status securely.

2. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:

• Process your inputs (screenshots and text) to generate AI conversation suggestions.
• Manage your premium subscription status and grant access to advanced features.
• Provide support in your preferred language, including English, Arabic, French, Spanish, Turkish, Urdu, and Portuguese.
• Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the App.

3. Data Processing and Third Parties

Because our App relies on artificial intelligence to generate responses, the text and screenshots you submit are securely transmitted to our third-party AI service providers strictly for the purpose of generating the requested reply. We do not use your personal conversations to train our own models, and we do not store your screenshots on our servers after the response is generated.

We use the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: For processing subscription payments.
• RevenueCat: For managing and validating auto-renewable subscriptions.

4. Data Retention

We only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. User Content (such as uploaded screenshots) is processed ephemerally and is not stored long-term by Zooni Studios.

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
